Do I need to bring anything to my first appointment?
We recommend bringing your completed new patient intake forms, which you can download above. Additionally, please bring your insurance card(s) and any relevant medical records or imaging that you think might be helpful.
Is chiropractic care safe for everyone?

I’m pregnant. Can I still have adjustments?
Absolutely. Dr. Scott has experience treating many individuals, including expecting moms! You’re safe and in good hands… literally. And you’ll never be pressured into doing something that makes you uncomfortable or uneasy. Your comfort and safety are top priorities.
What if I need to cancel?
We understand that life happens! We kindly ask that cancellations are made more than 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations under 24 hours may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
Do you offer same-day appointments?
